In early October, we completed two full days of on‑site consultation with wildlife biologist and waterfowl habitat specialist Kevin Nelms at McCartney Woods (~1000 acres) along the Cache River in Arkansas. The purpose was to define a science‑driven, operations‑ready plan to transform the property into an elite, resilient waterfowl habitat and hunting experience. Two days of constant boots-on-the-ground work will lead to a comprehensive report of recommendations that will inform our long-term development, restoration, and management plans.
